Atiku Is Afraid Of Only One APC Presidential Candidate, Tinubu - SWAGA

The South-West Agenda for Asiwaju (SWAGA'23) stated on Sunday that if the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) does not field Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as its presidential candidate to face former Vice President Atiku Abubakar in the 2023 presidential election, it will be making a grave mistake.

Atiku received 371 votes in the PDP presidential primary, defeating Nyesom Wike, the governor of Rivers State, who received 237 votes, and Bukola Saraki, the former Senate President, who received 70 votes.

Otunba Bosun Oladele, National Secretary of SWAGA, told the INFOGONG that the only aspirant in the APC today that Atiku is terrified of is Tinubu.

"Asiwaju Tinubu is the most powerful challenge to Atiku Abubakar," he stated. He is the only presidential candidate in the APC today that Atiku is terrified of."

"If Asiwaju Tinubu does not emerge, the APC will be digging itself a hole." He's the only one who can compete with Atiku grit to grit. He is the only candidate who has a chance of defeating Atiku in today's general election."

"Look at other APC aspirants now; do they have Asiwaju's network?" There's no getting around the fact that we have our work cut out for us. Because of the conditions, we've already made our decision."
