DJ Cuppy: I Can't Wait To Hustle After Graduation

Florence Otedola, aka DJ Cuppy, a popular Nigerian DJ and vocalist, who is presently pursuing a Master's degree at Oxford University, has indicated that she will return to the music industry after graduating in July.

Cuppy confessed in an interview on BBC Sounds' audio series 'How We Hustle With Yianni' that she partied a lot during her undergraduate years but still passed with flying colours.

"I was always that girl who was out clubbing during my A-levels but then would always crush it," she added. At Kings College London, I studied Economics as an undergraduate. My second degree was a master's degree from New York University, and my unneeded third degree is a master's degree in science from Oxford University, which I will complete in July. And that's on top of everything else."

She also stated that education is pointless without the appropriate experience, emphasising that fieldwork is just as important as classroom instruction.

"Academics are great, but fieldwork is essential." You need experience, therefore I've met a few folks at university who are solely concerned with their studies. But there's more to life than books. Real life exists. "Things's all about balancing it," she explained to Yianni, the podcast host.

"Kept it with my bro @Y14nny," she captioned a minute-long footage from the interview session on her Instagram feed. There's more to life than books. It's about balance. Education is key, but best believe after I graduate from oxford Oxford, I'm back to the hustle"
