DJ Cuppy Opens Up About Her ADHD

DJ Cuppy, a well-known Nigerian disc jockey and the daughter of billionaire businessman Femi Otedola, has revealed that she has Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, or ADHD.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a behavioural disorder that affects people. People with ADHD may appear restless, have difficulty concentrating, and act on impulse.

The DJ, who is currently pursuing a master's degree in African Studies at the prestigious Oxford University in England, made the announcement on her Instagram stories.

She also mentioned that the process of writing her thesis is mentally and emotionally draining for her.

"I haven't been online in a few days because I've been finishing up my final term at Oxford University." My thesis is due soon, and I'm feeling a lot of pressure to deliver at such a high academic level." Having never written a research paper before, it is mentally and emotionally exhausting. My ADHD and anxiety have gotten the better of me. I know I'm going through a rough patch, but it will pass, and I will finish this paper and turn it in. "I have complete faith in God," she wrote.
