SP Gambo Isah, the state's Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), when parading the suspect Jume Bello, stated, "In addition to having illicit carnal knowledge of the married women, he also stole their money."

"Yes, it is true that I had forcible sexual contact with all three married women. It is the work of Satan, said the suspect.
"Initially, my master's wife instructed me to contact a water dealer on her behalf. Noticing that she was alone when I returned in the evening to inform her that I could not find any, I pushed myself on her. I also entered the residence of the second married woman while she was alone and knocked on her door. When she opened the door, I brandished a knife and beckoned her to the backyard, where I raped her.
However, he rejected the alleged rape of the third woman.
"On May 31, 2022, at approximately 0900 hours, three (3) women, all from Jikamshi village, Musawa LGA, reported to the Musawa Police Division that at different times, one Jume Bello, male, aged 20 years, of the same address, criminally trespassed into their homes, attacked them with a knife, and robbed them of their money, handset, and unlawfully had carnal knowledge of the victims.
