According to local sources from Kidderminster, the police were obliged to intervene after a slew of complaints from local businesses and residents who had been victimised by the teen's nefarious activities.

He was given a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) by Worcester Magistrates' Court for "creating a large degree of hardship and annoyance to local businesses, members of the public, and the wider community."

Evans, from Stourport-on-Severn, will be barred from accessing the town until May 2025, according to the court order.

He is not allowed to enter Kidderminster save to go to court, a police station, or see his counsel, and he is not allowed to associate with particular people.

Outside of his immediate family, he is also prohibited from being in a group of more than three individuals in public.

He was also subjected to behavioural and communication restrictions.

If the teen violates the injunction, he might face a fine or a prison sentence.

'This order will hopefully deter him from acting in this manner in the future,' said Sergeant Daniel Townsend.

I hope the CBO gives the local people confidence that the police will act responsibly in these situations.'
