Adamu stated this to journalists on Thursday in Abuja while visiting Tinubu's Abuja residence to congratulate him on his election as the party's presidential flagbearer.
On the visit, he was accompanied by members of the organization's National Working Committee (NWC), who pointed out that action speaks louder than words.
According to the IMFOGONG, Tinubu, one of the APC's leaders, was elected as the party's presidential candidate for 2023 at the party's Special Convention and Presidential Primary Election on Wednesday.
Tinubu, who competed for the party's presidential ticket against 13 other candidates, received 1,271 votes in the election.
Mr Rotimi Amaechi, the former Minister of Transportation, came in second with 316 votes, while Vice President Yemi Osinbajo received 235 votes.
"Action speaks louder than words for us, so we've come to support our brother, congratulate him, and reassure him that we're all in this together."
"This is our endeavour, and we will succeed by God's help," Adamu vowed.
