Sound Engineer Burnt In Lagos, Laid To Rest

The sound engineer David Imoh, who was burned to death by a mob in Lagos State, has been laid to rest.

On the 12th of May, 2022, a mob believed of being commercial motorcyclists assaulted and set fire to Imoh near Beer Barn, a leisure facility in the Lekki axis of Lagos.

After a dispute over N100, Imoh was attacked by a commercial biker known as Okada rider.

Five individuals were later apprehended by the state police command in connection with the lynching of the sound engineer.

A memorial service for the deceased was held on Thursday, June 2 at the Church of God Mission International, Victoria Island Zonal Headquarters, Garden City of God, T. F. Kuboye Street, Oniru, Lagos, according to a family member.
